All 27 charter school locations in Rochester will participate and are seeking candidates for a wide range of roles, including certified and uncertified teachers, teaching assistants, paraprofessionals, support staff, and school leaders.
Unlike traditional job fairs, the Rochester Charter School Hiring Fair is structured to deliver immediate results. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in on-site interviews, meet directly with school leaders, and potentially walk away with an offer in hand.
With dozens of anticipated openings across participating schools, the event reflects the growing demand for talented educators and staff dedicated to improving outcomes for Rochester students.
